Final Fantasy VIII Boss Trouble?
Hi.I'm on disc 4 of Final Fantasy VIII, and I can't beat a certian boss monster.It's the battle right after Seifer gives Rinoa to Sorceress Adel.I can't use any of my good attacks without hitting Rinoa!Can anyone give me some tips on beating her without giving away any of the story?Thanks.
Ugh, I hated this fight.... Before you fight, level up as much as you can and make sure you have a lot of magic/items stocked up. As soon as you start the fight cast Regen and Barrier/Protect on Rinoa so she won't lose health as much. Concentrate your attacks on the boss and heal Rinoa when her health is low (use Scan if necessary). I find that using physical attacks on the boss is better than using multi-hit magic (junction something like Death to your ATK).
